Mr Gilbert Osei-Gyimah is a result-driven banking practitioner with over sixteen (16) years of demonstrable rich experience in Accounting, Banking Operations, Marketing, Credit, Risk Management, Fund Management, Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance.

He commenced his banking career as an Operations Officer at Pacific Savings and Loans Ltd and rose to the rank of Branch Head. He later joined Yaa Asantewaa Rural Bank Ltd as Operations Manager and later the Ag. General Manager where he contributed immensely to the bank’s start-up structures as well as its efficient operations for the bank to be rated among the top 15 most efficient performing Rural Banks in Ghana and Best Rural Bank in Loan Financing. Prior to joining Kwabre Area Rural Bank Plc, Mr. Osei-Gyimah was the Compliance and Risk Manager of Amanano Rural Bank Ltd where he contributed to the establishment of the Compliance and Risk Department and improvement in the operational processes in KYC, CDD and Anti-Money Laundering.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from KNUST, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Christian Service University College – Kumasi and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Takoradi Polytechnic (Takoradi Technical University).
